Understand your past

Release tension
Learn to see — and live — differently.
BLOOM brings a small group together for a distinctive retreat, combining rest, learning and personal exploration through family and systemic constellations, mind–body practices and authentic encounters with Balinese traditions.
A place to learn.
A place to share.
A place to experience.
A joyful way to reconnect with life.
Tailored to your needs, with dedicated one-to-one time for every participant.
Six days to explore your story, understand your patterns and discover the dynamics of human relationships through family constellations and mind–body practices, while connecting with Balinese traditions.
For women, men and couples · therapists · coaches · practitioners · people navigating change who wish to:
Family constellations, somatic practices and Balinese traditions, woven together.
Understand your story. Listen to what is happening in your body. Reconnect with your inner resources and give your experiences time to settle: simple, meaningful ways to support your balance.
Accessible teaching, guided practices, rest and thoughtfully chosen encounters form one shared journey. Each element is carefully placed to support you along the way.
Personal support that respects your pace and responds to your needs.
If you already know Marc AHAVA’s work, BLOOM gives you time to explore beyond a session, workshop or weekend. If you are discovering it for the first time, you will encounter an approach shaped by more than 12 years of exploration.

Sometimes we already understand parts of our story. Yet the same patterns keep returning.
Because understanding something intellectually and living it differently are not always the same thing.

You give a lot. You may already have understood a great deal. And you feel the need for space to bring that understanding into the way you live.
No previous experience of constellations, yoga or meditation is needed. Women, men and couples are welcome.

Family and systemic constellations invite us to observe, feel and question what we think we already know.
Mind–body practices and periods of rest create space to take in what you have experienced. Every invitation respects your pace and boundaries.

The conversations. The shared meals. The silence after a constellation. Time in nature. The questions that arise hours after a session has ended.
A meaningful experience needs time to settle.
This retreat is designed to give it that space.
Words can shed light on a story. The body also needs time, gentleness and movement.
Breathe. Settle into a supported posture. Meditate. Allow a movement to emerge without trying to get it right. These practices complement constellation work, offering time to recharge, notice your sensations and rediscover the simple pleasure of being present with yourself.
Postures that invite you to release tension, listen, discover new sources of support and let your body find its own rhythm.
Breathing and meditation practices that bring you back to awareness and sensation, gently and without pressure to perform.
Intuitive movement and dance offer space for freedom, connection and joy, with respect for each person’s abilities and comfort.

The relationships between people, ancestors, nature, community and the sacred give Bali a special place in this journey.

An invitation to step beyond sightseeing and experience Bali through meaningful participation and connection.
Create and place an offering as an expression of gratitude, presence and commitment to the retreat.
Take part in a traditional water purification ritual, a moment to pause, reconnect and mark a transition in a peaceful sacred setting.
Discover villages, rice fields, hidden places and the stories that bring them to life.
Create your own mala as a reminder of your intention and what you choose to carry home with you.
Meet Balinese practitioners and discover their teachings with respect for their ancestral culture.
Time to relax and reconnect with a Balinese practitioner. This session is neither medical treatment nor psychological care.
The venue offers complementary spaces designed to support both learning and integration:
The resort’s natural surroundings are part of the experience. They invite you to slow down, find moments of wonder and let what you have experienced settle.
Conversations, silences, shared meals, time in nature and the spaces between sessions all become part of the BLOOM retreat.
An intimate group, with room for every individual. Small enough for personal attention. Close enough for trust to grow.
A structured framework, responsive to the group’s experience.
The schedule is a guide. Some mornings or afternoons are dedicated to Balinese ceremonies and experiences.
Breaks are woven into the day. Activities respond to the group’s needs, and everyone remains free to honour their own boundaries.
Evenings are generally free. Additional activities, such as tarot or extra Balinese massages, may be available at an additional cost.

A different quality of attention.
Marc supports individuals, couples, families and groups through family and systemic constellations and an experience-based approach to intergenerational patterns.
His teaching brings together systemic understanding, careful observation, personal exploration and integration into everyday life. Guest practitioners complement the journey with body-based and restorative practices.
Gradually build a more conscious relationship with your history, honouring what has been lived without imposing forgiveness or forcing change.
The intention is to become more open to life, to yourself and to others.
Somatic and energy-based practices — yoga, breathwork, pranic healing, kundalini meditation and Balinese treatments — are offered by local or international guest practitioners.

Within the ways we protect ourselves, our recurring patterns and loyalties, and the pain carried through family history, there may also be resources waiting to be discovered.
Exploring what has been passed down, and what we carry out of loyalty, can open a path towards deeper understanding and a different relationship with our thoughts, feelings and bodies.
This means acknowledging painful experiences, without dismissing them or requiring forgiveness.
It is an invitation to explore how your family’s lives, choices and experiences may shape the way you see and feel today.
To recognise what is yours to carry and what you may be ready to put down, making more room for peace, freedom, connection, presence and love.
And gradually build a different relationship with your story — in your understanding and in your everyday experience.
The experience may support lasting changes in how you relate to yourself, your family and your life, with more openness and compassion.

Enough structure to offer meaningful understanding.
Enough human connection to explore it together.
Enough gentleness to respect your pace.
Enough space to let the experience settle.
